This program is very informative, I resonated with and loved the garden reference. This will help a lot of people, hopefully to help them talk about their trauma too. People feel like they are going to feel judged just because of what has happened to them. And they think that there’s no one out there that has experienced it. Until they hear someone else talking about their experiences. This curriculum offers many ways to help cope with past traumas and learn to live joyfully.

I didn’t realize that using yoga with mindfulness to address my past trauma would reenergize me with power. Learning why and how the root of my trauma impacted my day to day needed to be fixed. Utilizing this program with yoga removed so much anxiety I was able to see and address with peace and not fear. Highly recommend this for anyone, even if you don’t think you have a trauma holding you back, you’ll find a root to something.

I have learned so much about myself and about trauma. This is very valuable information. I really liked the deep dives into trauma and how it affects the body. I must say this brought up some stuff for me and it took some time to get through it but all worth the time and effort. This was enjoyable, informative, valuable, and needed. There is great content here and I have learned new things and have been reminded of others.
